Furniture stores?

Why furniture stores? Those only attract a select audience maybe once a year

Why not rebrand Menlo park and increase foot traffic to increase revenue and liveliness across the board with additional focus on restaurants?

We have way too many rug stores, antique stores, and whatnot that no one ever goes in, and everyone leaves to go to Palo Alto or redwood city for meals, which is ridiculous considering the extreme potential of what Santa Cruz Avenue could be. Make Menlo park a place to be! The best way to do that, from proof from within districts in SF, from Los altos, from Palo Alto, from Redwood City, etc. is to increase restaurants and up the quality of them.

Hoping for a better future,
Sean Hamilton
