Crack smoking after dark at Oak Knoll Elem School open parking lot on Oak Ave!

Just returned from trip and was informed by neighbor that they reported this drug activity that happened the other night on the after hours Police incident reporting message center

Quite distressing to hear that no officer responded to take a report, nor even a return phone call by sergeant on duty , and nothing since then

Would suggest improved outdoor lighting on the Oak Ave side of the Multi Building!
Easily upgradable with existing wall mounted exterior outlet next to air con compressor with an additional under eave downlight at the easterly corner of the Multi building just behind the Oak Tree

Also, have noticed repeated violations of the city use permit to the school district with parents using the back gates for pickup/drop off this year after the no parking for drop off pickup was instituted along Oak Ave

Would appreciate if council would direct staff and city attorney to inform the district of these continuing violations of the use permit, which was restricted to faculty and staff access only per city use permit conditions

Perhaps an additional gate just in from Oak Ave would help to discourage parent violators .......as well as keeping the drug activity out of that back lot entrance area after dark

Thanking you in advance for your prompt attention to these unsettling incidents
