Officer Monroe & Sergeant Afanasiev.

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for the courtesy &
hospitality from last week when I was arrested by you.
You respected me & respected my rights & in my opinion, PAPD is one of the
best Police Departments in all of the San Francisco
Bay Area.

I'm convinced that my arrest, which the Sheriff's Department told you to
do was politically motivated & They have wanted to take me down for a long
time but were not sure how to do it & all I have done is speak the truth
about Corruption in his court.

It came at the suspicious time when we are preparing to serve him formal
papers to remove him from office & his wife's term expires in November on
the sixth district court of appeals. Unfortunately, I was railroaded for a
crime I did not commit, but I believe that the time is coming soon & he
will not be in office for much longer.

Fortunately, though I suffered recent sacrifice, The people who arranged
this sacrificed much more than I did & brought a lot of publicity to
themselves & angered a lot of people all over the country who know that
Socrates Manoukian is a corrupt judge & that I have committed no crime.

Thanks again, Best Wishes to you &
friends at Palo Alto Police Department.
