Willow Road off-ramp northbound

Dear City Council Members,

Regarding the Northbound off-ramp on Willow Road, can you please work with
Cal Trans to get a *specific* off-ramp lane for West Menlo Park *directly*
from the freeway? Without it as is currently, if wanting to turn left to go
toward West Menlo Park, we have to wait in the long of cars waiting to turn
right toward East Menlo Park.

So instead of waiting in the line of cars, I'm instead getting off at
University Ave. and cutting through East Palo Alto, which is exactly what
we didn't want others to do to us!! Such a silly offramp design without
thought for the flow of traffic.

When we had the outreach meetings before the intersection construction was
started, someone even pointed that out to the person in charge (I forget
her name). Obviously no one listened.

You have clout, so I hope you can do something. It's not too late, it looks
like they're still finishing it up. They just need to paint it differently!
