Koma Sushi redevelopment plans

From: domainremoved <hjc_at_>

Gentlemen:

I'm writing because I don't want Koma Sushi to be gutted and replaced by
a 3 story building with medical offices that will generate so much traffic
that it requires 91 parking spaces. Traffic is difficult enough in Menlo
Park and will only get worse with the massive Stanford development across
El Camino Real from the Koma Sushi site.

It is important that our cities preserve their mom-and-pop businesses
and resist the predations of developers who just take the money and run,
leaving us locals to deal with the diminution of services and extra
burdens on our infrastructure.

Thank you for your consideration.
