No on Alternative A.

Dear Menlo Park City Council and Transportation Department,

My name is Adam Draper, and I have a wife and two kids, and we live in
Menlo Park on Laurel St. We would like to say no to Alternative A.

When this was attempted temporarily, it cause exponentially more traffic in
our neighborhood, because Laurel becomes the cut through street for
everything, which has homes on it, where Alma does not.

Laurel St. has no Bike lanes and narrow sidewalks adjacent to the street,
this is a major route for kids on bikes and as this will increase traffic,
this will increase the danger that these kids will be in.

It looks as though there is no representative on City council who is
dedicated to our area of Linfield oaks, and you would be making our area
significantly worse by letting Alternative A happen.

Alternative A is just a bad idea. It was already tested and it didn't work.

Adam Draper
Resident of Menlo Park who has a family and kids on Laurel.
