Caltrain separation at Ravenswood - Bring back Alternative C

Dear City Council members --
I live in the Linfield oaks neighborhood. I originally supported version A
in a feedback session for the city, because it seemed so much cheaper and I
was swayed by others complaining of construction times, etc. However, now
I realize we should go ahead and make the investment in Alternative C. It
is a much better plan, makes the neighborhood more livable, especially the
easy access to the library and the park. It may cost more, but will pay
back so much greater in better lives for all of us who have to navigate
these streets daily.

Please reconsider Alternative C. The rise for the tracks is gradual and
not that bad -- its not a "Berlin wall" -- and I would live right next to
it. Of course, ideally we would have a tunnel, but compared to that,
Alternative C is much cheaper. Maybe the "ideal" solution, the tunnel,
should have been part of the feedback session, as that would have reframed
the discussion to make Alternative C look much more viable.

Thanks for listening and thanks for making the hard decisions that will
benefit Menlo Park in the long term.

Regards,
Bonny Brown
