Oak Grove bike lanes

Dear Council,

The one year trial of the Oak Grove bike lanes has shown the project to be
a great success and worthy of permanent installation. One way to improve
it is to add protection in the form of flexible bollards (see image below)
to the lanes on eastern Oak Grove where the data shows that cars travel at
35 mph. At the moment, the bike lanes cannot be protected because parking
is allowed on weekends. Demand for parking in this area is light as
measured by the consultant team. Please consider eliminating weekend
parking on eastern Oak Grove in order to protect the bike lanes to make the
permanent installation even better.
