The October 8th agenda will be finalized this Thursday and at that time I will send an email to the neighbors who have expressed an interest in the project. We will also update the project website. Since the application is complete we would not schedule another study session but my staff report will describe the changes to the project and will include letters from the neighbors on the revised plans.

(We'd need an informed opinion to let us know if the study session will be helpful to us. Unfortunately I think John Onken is out of the country on holiday.) We might need to file a legal motion to get that.

I'm an advocate of meeting sooner rather than later and if possible for the rest of you I can meet tomorrow (the 19th). Anyone willing to make their house available to meet? I regret that I'll be away from the 20th to the 25th. Should you want to meet during that time please do! I think we need to get mobilized quickly and I don't want to hold up efforts.
