Menlo Park Overnight Parking Code

From: Bertini, David C <"Bertini,>
Date: Tue, 7 Aug 2018 20:12:41 +0000

Mr. Warren.

Thank you for your email regarding the Menlo Park Overnight Parking Ordinance. The telephone exemption line was discontinued on January 1, 2004, by council action, when the city implemented the ability for residents to purchase temporary overnight parking permits. I will have the erroneous information currently contained within the municipal code corrected as soon as possible.

Residents of Menlo Park can purchase up to 50 temporary parking permits semi-annually, either online, via mail, or in person at the police department. This provides up to 100 exemptions for any vehicle bearing a valid permit rather than one single vehicle quarterly.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

Regards,
