Willows traffic/101 Overpass

Council Members,

I want to sincerely THANK you for passing the vote to disallow right hand
turns from 3-7 in the Willows. Thank you for pushing this issue to the
forefront and listening to us! You are the best! It was such a relief when
I weaved through the line of cars yesterday getting to my driveway to know
it will soon be ending!

I would like to also agree with Council Member Mueller regarding the
changing of the 101 overpass to a clover leaf. Now is the time to do that-
it is certainly not too late to change that! Better now than years from now
having to redo the whole thing, or living with the disasters of it. His
metaphor of the water spigot being closed off causing pressure behind it is
exactly what the lights on the overpass will do, continuing to clog up the
neighborhoods and preventing cars from flowing on Willow Rd. through to the
other side of the freeway. I urge you to stand behind him on this and push
this forward with Cal Trans.

Thank you so much again for what you've done and will continue to do on
this issue.

My sincere thanks,

A. Lupo
