Temporary Willow neighborhood traffic!

Dear City Council,

Thank you for listening to us about this horrendous problem.

I do agree that measures taken should benefit the whole neighborhood. We used to love our friendly safe neighborhood, and that is why we moved here. Please keep in mind that heightened police assistance will be necessary when measures are taken.

The measures taken should not be necessary after the interchange is completed. I agree with the following statements.
> 1. Measures taken at this time should be explicitly temporary, to be removed by the date the interchange re-work is actually completed. 2. After completion of the interchange re-work, sufficient time should be allowed for establishment of new stable traffic patterns before proceeding with any Willows traffic studies.

Thank you for your careful consideration.
