I was thinking the bumper to bumper traffic on Chester could be solved by making the street one-way (so you could enter from Willow but had to drive towards Menalto). That way those of us who live on the street could get to our homes…

I like the new design of the Willow/101 on and off ramps - the only problem I experience there is that right now people are confused because it’s new. there has been a bit more traffic then “usual” and I’m hoping that it is due to the construction/road closures/ramps closed and the unfamiliar new design of the interchange.
