We need more trees

Dear Mayor Keith and City Council,
I appreciate it that you are reading this. I am with the Environmental
Club at Hillview Middle School, and we are hopping to get your
attention about planting more trees in Menlo Park. As you know, trees
help clean our air quality. Lately, our air quality has dropped
greatly because of the fires. Adding more trees to our environment
would improve the air quality massively. Not only do trees improve our
air quality, they provide shelter for animals. Birds, squirrels, and
many other animals need homes, trees would help with that too. Trees
do much more than just that, and that is why we should have more trees
in Menlo Park. I hope you and the rest of Menlo Park agrees to help
benefit us and some little creatures.
