Hello Rose,

I always care about what you have to say and your thoughts and ideas are
always important to me. I am sorry that I let you, or any others, down. I
sent a public statement to CCIN regarding this issue.

As always, I am happy to speak with you, or anyone else, about this. I left
a phone message for you today, too.

 Mayor Kirsten Keith, and
Council Members, Mueller, Cline, Ohtaki, and Carlton

Dear Council Members:

This is a little note to say, I am very disappointed! I'm sure that means
absolutely nothing to you, but it does to me.

I called you Kirsten, to inform you *we would not accept that proposal,*
We, heard nothing from you. That was hurtful to me!

I've always felt love and respect toward each of you, but I'm one of those,
will let you know where I stand, when unfairness creeps in.

Recently, there was a confrontation with the MP Fire District and our
community. It was a serious concern where (3) residents homes were
threatened to be taken by eminent domain. This is a huge undertaken,
by any agency within our city. We will not entertain, not one home, to be
taken by eminent domain. I listened to that question asked of our City
at a council meeting, and the reply was,"We don't do eminent domain in
Menlo Park. I reflected back on that response.

Our community felt, none of our city representatives attended meeting
in *opposition *or *support* for the Proposal presented by the Fire
District. It dosen't matter what your affiliation is, or how you place
yourself with the MP Fire District, it still remain, the City is the Fire

We ask that you are fair and honest with all our residents in this
city, and practice inclusiveness. You know that is not the case!

I along with others, have lived in this neighborhood for years, *by
I will alway fight for fairness, which shouldn't have to be, but that is
the way
it has been!
